Where are your bags made and what materials do you use?
All Charlotte-Joséphine bags are handcrafted in Italy using genuine leather. We work with second-layer cow leather, chosen for its strength, structure, and refined feel.
Each bag is carefully made by hand, giving every piece its own unique character. The leather feels firm and supportive, while still remaining supple enough to move naturally with you.
This balance between structure and softness is an essential part of our design philosophy.
How can I wear the bag and is it suitable for different occasions?
The CJ Bag Le Tressé is designed for versatility and ease. It can be carried by hand or worn over the shoulder, depending on your preference.

Shipping, returns & service
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within one working day. Delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1–2 business days. For orders within Europe, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days. International deliveries outside Europe may take longer, depending on the destination and customs procedures.
We offer complimentary shipping, and all orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
